9:30 - 12 PM - Group workshop
AFTERNOON 12 - 1 PM - Lunch 1 - 4 PM - Personal time (siesta, island excursion, beach!)
6 - 7 PM - Personal time
EVENING 7 - 9 PM - Sunset Dinner

Ange Arbuckle is a certified life coach, intuitive healer, holistic nutritionist and a creator of wellness experiences and international retreats for over 15 years.
Ange invites a space inside where breath and awareness will meet and offers a profound opportunity to connect.
Her embodied presence holds deep compassion for healing to take place while inviting more of you to arrive in the now. Many of us are so busy living and doing that we ignore the being of our soul, we forget to mindfully breath. The connection of mind, body and soul becomes depleted and often forgotten which is
why retreats are vital for our wholeness.
